Refund policy

All Vintage Dodge products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you simply decide the artwork isn't for you.

However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ushidodge@proton.me with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for a claim.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected photos, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ushidodge@proton.me.
